OASIS Overview

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is one of the General Services Administration’s Best-in-Class solutions to streamline the acquisition process for procuring complex professional services. This master governmentwide indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity program (under FAR 16.505) allows agency acquisition professionals to focus on mission-critical requirements.


OASIS contracts provide a single solution for complex requirements, support multiple technical disciplines and mission spaces, and support commercial and non-commercial acquisition. They have a five-year base and one five-year option, which benefits long-term planning.
